Our Signature Process

From Concept to Completion: Our Signature Process
At Christine Elliott Designs, our process is rooted in intention, clarity, and collaboration. We combine timeless finishes with modern functionality to create homes that are both elevated and entirely livable. Whether it’s family-friendly fabrics or full-home automation, we thoughtfully match design with lifestyle—ensuring every choice enhances how you live.
We only work exclusively with trusted, highly skilled professionals. Every vendor and trade is carefully vetted to meet our exacting standards for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and reliability.
We know that your time is valuable. That’s why we act as your advocate and primary liaison throughout the process—coordinating with architects, contractors, and trades to protect your vision and uphold the integrity of the design from concept to completion.
Above all, we listen. Understanding your needs, wants, and routines allows us to design a home that not only looks beautiful, but truly feels like yours—functioning seamlessly for your everyday life.

Crafted With Purpose: Our End-to-End Process
At Christine Elliott Designs, we believe a successful project begins with a thoughtful, well-organized process. Here's how we bring your vision to life—from first concept to final accessory:
Phase 1: Design Development + Trade Quotes
We begin by defining the scope and style of your project. This includes site visits for photos and measurements, and—if needed—bringing trusted trades on-site to provide preliminary quotes. This stage lays the foundation for seamless execution.
Phase 2: Design Documentation
Next, we create detailed drawings and documentation needed for accurate quoting and planning. A curated concept mood board is presented to ensure alignment on the design direction before we move forward.
Phase 3: Concept Presentation + Approval
This is where the vision comes to life. During our in-person presentation, we share samples, drawings, and mood boards so you can see and feel the design. We’ll also coordinate any showroom visits needed to finalize furniture, fixtures, or finishes.
Phase 4: Project Management + Procurement
Once the design is approved, we begin procuring all items—sourcing from our trusted vendors and managing all orders. We compile a detailed on-site “Design Book” so every trade knows exactly what’s needed. Throughout construction, we conduct site visits to uphold design integrity. When the work is complete, we oversee the full installation of furnishings, accessories, and window treatments for a true turn-key reveal.
